The Contracts & Pricing Executive shall be responsible for all administrative aspects of the Product & Commercial department. Each day will not be the same.
Contracts & Pricing Travel Executive Duties:
- Loading, pricing, and repricing of any travel products.
- Ensuring the accurate set up of all tours within the system.
- Ensuring that best practice is applied to improve efficiency and speed to market.
- Booking and issuance of any voucher for excursions which are included within tours
- Working within the team to create pricing competitor analysis and take action to amend prices and reprice products as required.
- Ensure an efficient process is in place for the booking of any excursions on tours.
Contracts & Pricing Travel Executive – Essential Requirements:
- Attention to detail is imperative.
- Good knowledge of the travel link system (training can be provided).
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills, concise articulate communication and an attention to detail are essential.
- Competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to produce documentation to a high standard and distil pertinent facts from complex data.
