We are seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Account & Business Development Manager to join a progressive travel management company, hybrid working model based in London. This exciting and diverse role encompasses both a mix of business development and account management. Both experiences are key for this exciting opportunity from a travel management company.



This exciting Business Travel Account Manager role focus on delivering exceptional client service and driving new business development along with managing existing relationships.



Corporate Travel Account & Business Development Manager Duties:

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries, needs, and requests. and tenders.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their travel requirements and proactively offering solutions that meet their needs.
  • Monitor account performance, analyse trends and identify areas for improvement to enhance client satisfaction and increase account profitability.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities.
  • Conduct outreach activities, including prospecting, networking, and cold calling, to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Meet with potential clients to understand their travel needs and convert opportunities into new accounts.
  • Support the development of sales presentations, proposals, and pricing structures in collaboration with the Head of Sales and Account Management.



Corporate Travel Account & Business Development Manager – Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in account management, sales and business development within a travel management company is key.
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and generating new business, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for account tracking and reporting.
