IATA – changes to remittance timelines for weekly reporting agencies from 1 Jan 2026

Following a proposal to align the UK remittance timetable with IATA resolution 812, and a subsequent compromise proposal adopted by the UK Agency Program Joint Council, it has been confirmed that new rules will come into effect from 1 January 2026. This will change the remittance period for agents on weekly reporting to seven calendar days.
