We are collaborating with a fabulous, well-established and forward thinking tour operator specialising in tailor-made and adventure travel to Latin America. Known for our deep regional expertise, exceptional service, and creative itineraries, we are now looking for an experienced Latin America Travel Specialist to join their supportive and growing team.



Latin America Travel Specialist Duties:

• Design and sell bespoke, high-end and adventure itineraries across Latin America.
• Convert enquiries into bookings through consultative, service-led sales.
• Use your first-hand travel knowledge to inspire clients and add real value.
• Manage client relationships from initial enquiry through to departure.
• Work closely with suppliers and local partners to create seamless journeys.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer care.

Latin America Travel Specialist – Essential Requirements:

• An experienced sales professional from a travel or non travel background.
• Extensively travelled in Latin America (multiple countries, in-depth experience) is absolutely imperative.
• Passionate about adventure travel, culture, nature, and immersive experiences.
• Commercially minded, motivated, and target driven.
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
