Luxury UK Tours Consultant Duties:
- Creating memorable travel experience across the UK for clients while maximising sales opportunities.
- Utilizing your core skills in customer service and sales techniques to assist clients in planning their trips.
- Using your premium skills in negotiation and relationship building will enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Managing requests, itinerary and bookings.
- Managing guide & supplier relationships.
- Booking guides, tickets and suppliers.
- Sourcing and booking client accommodation
Luxury UK Tours Consultant – Essential Requirements:
- Extensive experience creating tour itineraries of England and selling custom tours to high-end customers is imperative.
- Possess excellent sales figures and be able to demonstrate having over-delivered on their KPI’s in their previous role selling luxury tours of England.
- Previous experience working for a tour operator, preferably providing bespoke itineraries for high-level clients including transfers, tours & accommodation
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Meticulous attention to detail & must be good with numbers.
- Enthusiasm & passion for providing the best tour experiences in England.
