- Manage complex business travel itineraries for corporate clients, ensuring seamless arrangements.
- Provide expert advice on flights, hotels, car hire, and other travel services.
- Use GDS (Amadeus essential) to book and manage travel reservations efficiently.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with clients.
- Stay up to date with airline policies, visa requirements, and industry trends.
- Maintain strong relationships with service providers, partners & suppliers.
Part-Time Amadeus Business Travel Consultant – Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in business travel in the UK
- Strong knowledge & first hand experience of GDS system
- Ticketing experience
- Happy to go above & beyond of each and every client
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Happy to work 4 days a week Friday through to Monday. Hybrid or remote roles available.
