Cruise Consultant Duties:
- Engage with potential travellers via phone, email, and online chat to understand their cruise preferences, budgets, and travel goals.
- Recommend tailored cruise packages, shore excursions, and pre/post-cruise travel arrangements to suit each customer’s needs.
- Guide customers through the booking process, providing clear explanations of pricing, promotions, and policies to secure bookings.
