Sales Support Travel Co-ordinator – Duties
- Providing an efficient, detailed oriented and customer focused after sales service.
- Administration of bookings, ensuring information is correct with all suppliers, and for invoicing and documentation.
- Preparing and sending out high quality client travel documentation.
- Responding to pre travel customer queries about their holidays.
- Creating client invoices.
- Client payments; ensuring our customers make their holiday balance payments accurately and on time.
- Creating online honeymoon gift lists.
- Assisting product & marketing teams as required according to business demands.
