Seeking your views on the Package Travel Regulations

The Package Travel Regulations have a very significant impact on our members’ buisneses. Following the recent publication of the latest consultation from the Department for Business and Trade on reviewing the PTRs, we are seeking views from all members and we have put together a survey available here to make this process easier.
When the consultation was announced, it was made clear that the government’s intention is to deliver economic growth and to consider ways to make the regulations better suited to the needs of UK travellers and organisers, particularly for those holidaying within the UK.
This is an important consultation, and the survey will enable us to provide a balanced and comprehensive response that properly represents your interests with as wide a range of views as possible.
We’re asking members to complete the survey by 13 June, so that we can incorporate your views into our response in time for the consultation deadline at the end of June. We’ll also be offering members other opportunities to engage with us on the PTR review, including a video conference call.
