Each day will not be the same – Travel Consultant Duties:
- Designing itineraries for clients from tailormade luxury travel to adventure tours.
- Building a rapport with customers and establishing needs.
- Converting enquiries into a sales and delighting each customer from start to finish.
- Using your travel knowledge to custom make a range of travel types globally.
- Booking flights, jets, hotels, airport lounges, tours, car hire, plus many more travel products.
- Using social media to increase presence.
- Liaising with suppliers to secure travel.
Travel Consultant – Essential Requirements:
- Experience within sales for an established retail travel company, independent agent or tour operator is imperative.
- Committed, hard working, tenacious with a huge passion for travel and be able to provide cutting edge customer service.
- Regular clients ideal but not essential.
- Proven track record in converting enquiries into a sale.
- We would consider a candidate who has been out of travel for a small amount of years who is driven and keen to get back into the industry.
