Travel Sales Manager Duties:
- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Consultant’s.
- Monitor the team’s performance.
- Ensure the team have regular 1-2-1`s, ad-hoc coaching and team briefings to discuss performance.
- Monitor overtime, bonus amounts and report to HR in time for payroll.
- Set team targets and own the departmental incentive schemes.
- Build rapport and relationships with travel agencies.
- Work with the wider Management Team to ensure new recruits are given comprehensive training on sales, service, destinations we offer and our product.
- Attend trade shows and events.
