- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for corporate clients, including flights, rail, accommodation, and ground transport using Amadeus GDS.
- Deliver a high-touch, tailored service that anticipates and exceeds client expectations.
- Offer creative and cost-effective travel solutions while adhering to corporate travel policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Keep up to date with travel trends, policy changes, and industry developments.
- Support VIP clients with exceptional care and discretion.
Business Travel Consultant – Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Travel Consultant using Amadeus in the UK
- Happy to work 2-3 days a week in the London office
- Strong knowledge of global travel routes, fare construction, and ticketing
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
