Where you are the contracted principal for bookings taken by Ashley Adams (Yorkshire) Limited, it is your responsibility to continue to provide the holiday booked.
Where you are an ABTA member principal and you did not allow credit terms to Ashley Adams (Yorkshire) Limited, you may be able to claim pipeline funds that had been collected from your customers for bookings taken up to 12 August 2025 and not passed to you by Ashley Adams (Yorkshire) Ltd, through the ABTA Pipeline Protection Scheme.
All claims will be subject to meeting the claims criteria, which can be found here.
Members with pipeline claims can submit these through the ABTA member self service area here: Pipeline claims | ABTA.
Members should register any claims as soon as possible, but the claims submission period will close on 12 February 2026.
