- Drive growth and win new business across corporate travel, events, and high-end VIP travel, playing a key role in expanding our clients portfolio.
- Own the full client journey from compelling pitches and seamless onboarding to developing and growing high-value accounts.
- Lead client implementations end-to-end, project managing each rollout to ensure a smooth, premium experience from day one.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders, becoming their go-to travel partner.
- Collaborate closely with operations and technology teams to design and deliver tailored, innovative solutions for clients.
- Manage and nurture accounts strategically, driving retention, upsell opportunities, and sustainable long-term growth.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, with the opportunity to earn highly attractive, uncapped commission.

- Proven Business Development Manager experience in our out the travel industry with longevity in role.
- Confident managing the entire sales cycle, from winning business to delivery.
- Thrives in both hunting new opportunities and growing existing accounts.
- Is commercially driven, relationship-focused, and comfortable collaborating across teams.
- Brings energy, ownership, and a proactive mindset to deliver results.
