Maldives Travel Specialist Duties:
- As a Maldives Travel Specialist, you’ll be responsible for creating exceptional, tailor-made journeys to the Maldives, delivering expert advice and outstanding service to clients seeking unforgettable experiences.
- You’ll work closely with discerning customers, using your first-hand destination knowledge to recommend resorts, experiences, and travel options that perfectly match their needs and budgets.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat and referral business.
- Liaise with tour operators, hoteliers, and suppliers to secure the best options for clients.
- Manage bookings accurately, including flights, resorts, transfers, and special requests.
- Stay up to date with new resorts, product updates, and Maldives travel trends.
Maldives Travel Specialist – Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience selling the Maldives within a travel agent or tour operator setting.
- First-hand travel experience of the Maldives(essential).
- Happy with a hybrid working model.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
