- Manage, motivate, and support a small team of home-based Nordic travel consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor performance metrics, conduct regular one-to-ones, set goals, and implement coaching or training where needed.
- Oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflows, and uphold best practices in sales and customer service.
- Provide guidance and support on Nordic itineraries, destinations, and products to the team, drawing on personal and industry experience.
