US specialist American Affair has launched its biggest incentive to date, as part of a raft of initiatives to increase support for agents.
In addition to the incentive – where agents can earn up to £150 per booking – there’s a new microsite tailored to longer-length Great American Journeys, additional sales staff to help with queries and the offer of USA-themed branch takeovers, where agents can invite clients to find out all about holidaying in the US.
Here’s a rundown of what’s on offer…

Utah
With over 30 exciting itineraries, covering New England to California and everything in between, the recently launched American Affair microsite is travel agents’ go-to destination for planning those epic US adventures for customers.
Whether they want to travel by rail, road or river, agents can find the perfect holiday for clients here.
This microsite is very much focused on those bucket list USA trips where customers can enjoy several incredible destinations and experiences in one trip.
Throughout July, American Affair is running a USA incentive, where agents can earn up to £150 per booking.
Earn £25 on bookings between £2,500-£4,999, £50 on bookings between £5,000-£9,999 and £100 on bookings over £10,000.
Earn an additional £50 if the booking includes a minimum of two states.

Washington DC
Three travel agencies will get the chance to hold a USA-themed day at their shop, courtesy of American Affair, which will provide all marketing material, point-of-sale and giveaway goodies.
The American Affair trade team will also be on hand to share their expertise and answer any questions clients might have.
To ensure excellent level of service, American Affair has recruited over 10 new Sales Consultants within the last two months.

In celebration of Independence Day, American Affair has created a short quiz designed to summon those US titbits you forgot you knew.
